An angelic cruiser in the sky
Weighted wings unlikely to fly
Soaring with such heavenly grace
But rooted down to this place
Born from green Earth below
Upward they needed to grow
Into deep blue sky above
Into cloudscapes they deeply love
Taking time to build the ride
On which their life to purely glide
Through the space up on high
May not succeed, but must try
How far they’ll go is not known
What is seen is how they’ve grown
When crafting a machine like this
And feeling only divine bliss
The flight was longer than expected
Upon rough landing they got ejected
It did not hurt when they hit the ground
They just lay laughing from that mound
