Mask & Cloak

Donning my mask and cloak

Formed persona from mind  

Space shook as I spoke

The stars froze in time

An ego broken completely free 

A caring character created

Just being someone that’s unlike me

An ego that’s ever elated   

Removing the mind’s disguise    

Reflection in the mirror

Staring into its eyes

My soul moving nearer

Brighter to the point of blinding

No escaping oppressing light

Cost everything that’s worth finding

To witness such a holy sight

Man in a mask and mask in a man

With the two the one becomes stronger  

Standing against an evil that’s banned  

Not standing for lies any longer
